Delivery & Returns
DELIVERY
*PLEASE NOTE: During the COVID - 19 Pandemic, Flowers On East are unable to offer complementary delivery for same day orders. We ask you to please place your order 24 hours in advance and we will happily honor complementary local delivery. Thank you for understanding.
Flowers On East deliver physical goods. Orders will not be dispatched until full payment is received and Flowers On East is satisfied with the integrity of the order. It is your obligation to enter the correct shipping address. Flowers On East accepts no responsibility for errors made to the delivery information and will not discount or refund any payments made as a result of user error. Delivery times may vary depending on the time at which the order was placed. Flowers On East is not responsible for goods that are not received.
Normal delivery hours for Flowers On East are between 9am and 5pm, 7 days a week.
Flowers On East offers same day delivery for orders made before 12pm (Australian Eastern Standard Time)
Flowers On East cannot guarantee delivery at a specific/nominated time.

You must notify Flowers On East of a contact number so we know where to deliver your order if the recipient is not available. If we can not contact you we will leave it at the most suitable spot determined by Flowers On East. Flowers On East will only deliver to accepted areas within Sydney, Australia. If you're not sure whether you're within the accepted areas please call our friendly staff on 0410 000 112.
DELIVERY FEES
Flowers On East’s standard delivery fee is $15.00 to Sydney Metro areas within 15 kms of our store in Lidcombe, $20.00 to Sydney Metro areas within 20 kms of our store in Lidcombe and $30.00 to Sydney Metro areas within 30 kms of our store in Lidcombe. All deliveries outside these parameters will be subject to a higher deliver fee. You will be contacted by Flowers On East to discuss the additional delivery cost. The difference can be deducted from the flower value of the order or charged additionally based on your preference.
Event delivery and set up is charged at $300 to cover associated transport costs and the labor intensive nature of these particular deliveries. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure Flowers On East has the appropriate access to the venue. Flowers On East has Liability Cover for event deliveries and can supply the venue with proof of these documents if required. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that these requirements are arranged prior to the delivery date. Failure to do so will may affect the completion of the order in which case, Flower On East will not provide a refund. A raincheck on delivery of goods may apply within three days of the initial delivery date however, an additional delivery and set up charge of $300 will apply.
CANCELLATION, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you need to cancel your order you must do so a minimum of 24 hours prior to the delivery date.
Cancellations received with less than 24 hours notice prior to the date of delivery will not be refunded.
Flowers On East can not cancel orders that have already been created or are in the process of being delivered.
Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 24 hours of purchase with a valid reason. We require that you email your concerns with a photograph of the product to enquiries@flowersoneast.com.au . If we are unable to resolve your complaint, at the discretion of management of Flowers On East, we will process a refund on receipt of the goods purchased.
